Phati ERP – User Guide
Welcome to Phati ERP! This guide will help you get started and make the most of your pharmacy management app.
1. Installation
- Step 1: Download the Phati ERP app from the Google Play Store or App Store.
- Step 2: Make sure your device is connected to the internet during first-time setup.
- Step 3: Create a secure account for your pharmacy or log in if you already have one.
2. Initial Setup
- Add your pharmacy name and basic profile.
- Enter your current stock of medicines (you can edit these later).
- Define basic settings like currency, language, and alert thresholds.
3. Core Features
Inventory Management
- View live stock levels.
- Add or update medicine entries.
- Receive low-stock alerts in real time.
Sales Recording
- Log each sale instantly.
- Find medicines quickly by typing the name or using a barcode scanner.
- Track total sales by day/week/month.
Offline Mode
- Use all main features without internet.
- Data is stored locally and syncs when you reconnect.
4. Advanced Tools (Optional)
AI Demand Forecast
- Get automatic predictions for future stock needs.
Print Receipts
- Connect a mini Bluetooth thermal printer.
- Automatically print simple sales receipts.
Basic Accounting
- Record income and expenses.
- Track profits and losses.
- Monitor due payments.
5. Syncing with Phati Marketplace (Optional)
- Pharmacies can choose to publish available medicines on the Phati Marketplace.
- Enable sync in Settings > Marketplace Sync.
